This is an inside look, from the coach’s perspective, at the development philosophies of the top adidas partner organizations and/or National Federations.

This program is designed to introduce the candidates to the highly successful and unique soccer training methods and techniques.
Coaches will have an opportunity to attend youth teams, reserve and first teams games which include dialog with the professional teams’ top coaches before and after the games.

Activities will be held at selected academies and National Federation facilities. Participated adidas federations: Germany, France, Spain, and Argentina.
