adidas International Training Program is proud to offer opportunities to clubs, teams and individual players to raise funds for their travel.  Those who wish to pursue fundraising as a way to partially or fully pay for the travel with adidas International Training Program are not limited to what we offer.  There are many companies that help those in need of fundraising.  However, we at adidas International Training Program try to make it fun and easy for teams to get the necessary funds through fundraising ruffle.

Travel for Free Tips

Here are some guidelines for a successful fundraising:

  1. Establish a realistic goal for total fund raising budget.
  2. Start fundraising as early as possible, even more than a year ahead of travel date. Establish milestone dates and budget goals for these dates. Keep track of goal achievements and share it with all your team members and families.
  3. Assign individual fundraising goal to each individual/player. For further motivation, allocate certain part of the funds raised, towards the individual travel budget of the person who raised the funds. First target levels are for the team funds. Once that goal has been achieved additional raised funds go to the individual fund raiser
  4. Use variety of fundraising programs. There is no one magic fundraising drive to get all the funds you need.

Here is a list of some proven fundraising ideas:

  • Sell raffle tickets for donated merchandise and services.
  • Find local companies to sponsor your team.
  • Homemade bakeries stand sales.
  • Garage Block Sales.
  • Car washes.
  • Major Holidays sales, such as 4th of July Fireworks sales.
  • Supermarkets scripts sale.
