The adidas International Training program is operated through a special partnership with the International School of Soccer (ISOS). ISOS is a sports marketing company that specializes in the logistics of travel and understands the soccer details necessary to ensure a safe and incident-free trip. adidas, like no other brand in the market, is dedicated to providing top level developmental/educational experiences for youth soccer players, college players and coaches. In the area of youth development, adidas is the only brand that offers real, tangible, and meaningful access to its global partners. Through its partnership with ISOS, this unique opportunity is now available for selected adidas partner youth clubs, university teams and adidas sponsored ODP state and regional teams.

The ISOS Experience

Like no other region in the world, Europe, with its deep and long soccer tradition, has a legacy of building soccer champions. At the foundation of Europe's soccer dominance lays the commitment of extensive resources and support of youth development. This highly specialized youth development environment is known as the academy system and is born through the common philosophy of improved player and club development through elite level training and competition.

The International School of Soccer, through its affiliations with Europe's top professional soccer academies, offers the most complete soccer travel experience and is designed for the "new generation" of youth soccer players and coaches. The ISOS program, designed to promote the development of youth soccer through elite levels of competition and high standards of coaching, now provides selected US youth players and coaches the opportunity to train and play under the auspices of Europe's best professional youth academies.

Here, in the professional youth environment, young men and women experience soccer training at its highest level, in some of the world's most prestigious well-funded training facilities and under the guidance of Europe's best youth coaches. The ISOS experience is designed to provide a glimpse of living the life of a youth professional soccer player while enjoying all the fun and excitement of experiencing another culture.

An experience where your team can play and train on the same fields where some of Europe's best players have developed their skills. Imagine attending a 75,000 seat standing-room-only stadium, to watch a live match between two of Europe's best professional teams.

The experience of competing against a professional youth academy team, or receiving top level instruction from a EUFA "A" licensed academy coach at a facility built to develop the best youth players Europe has to offer.

Co-founded in 2000 by Billy Hartman and David Richardson and with over 25 years experience in the soccer market, ISOS is a soccer company run by soccer people. Advised by some of Europe's top academy directors, ISOS programs follow the same developmental criteria set by the English Premier League and offer a unique opportunity for US coaches and players to develop direct relationships with European academy directors.

ISOS specializes in the logistics of travel and understands the soccer details necessary to ensure a safe and incident-free trip. We combine carefully selected soccer educational and developmental activities with an all-inclusive travel package. We offer highly customized youth training and games programs for top level youth players who are ready to take on a new challenge to advance their training.

ISOS' soccer programs are designed to compliment the European academy philosophy that promotes the proper balance between competition, training and education. The program combines training and match play with academy and local teams that have skill levels that are consistent with your team's ability.

Although ISOS programs are highly focused on soccer training and competition, time is allotted for sightseeing and cultural exposure to assure an educational travel experience. Each team receives an ISOS supervisor that is with your team 24/7, ensuring hands-on attention to all day-to-day details. Team accommodations include 2- to 4-star hotels, top universities, historic boarding schools and academy facilities. Each location has been checked by our staff and has been recommended by local academies. Hotel accommodations are also arranged for all the supporters (family and friends) that accompany the team on the trip.

Because resources are restricted at the academies this is an exclusive opportunity for a limited number of US teams.

Co-Founder: Billy Hartman USA

Billy Hartman has over 17 years of experience in the United States soccer market and was formerly Senior Vice President of The International Academy, a worldwide sports marketing company that specializes in sport travel and operates in five different continents. Prior to the International Academy, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Umbro America. He was a University of North Carolina varsity soccer team captain and professional indoor soccer player in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated with a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina. Billy's primary responsibilities include sales, marketing and strategic development.
